The house is only a 5 minutes drive away from Camps Bay's exclusive beaches, the excellent surfing spot Glen Beach, the pulsating Long Street nightlife, many shops and supermarkets on Kloof Street and the otherworldly Cape Town sunsets on famous Signal Hill.
